HRV Scan

A simple finger scan using the camera on the phone provides the member with a Readiness Score based on the members Heart Rate Variability. The scan takes 60 secs and no wearable is required. The technology has been tested on over 1.5 Million users and is proven accurate.

The Readiness Score

Along with HRV, Autonomic Nervous System balance and Heart Rate gives Welly valuable data points to interpret the appropriate recommended workouts for the member. Our Readiness Score give the member an instant headline number that is indicative of how “ready” the member is to take on more stress today.

Recommendations

Bespoke recommendations are presented to the member so that they don’t have to suffer the brain freeze of trying to select from the 1000’s of available workouts. Great workout content is not enough and the world does not need another ‘fitness app’. Welly instead analyses all available data points and makes chooses the best workouts for today.
