Your First Login

Welcome to the app!

Download ActivRewards on your mobile device from the App Store or Google Play Store.

Create your account. Sign up with your email address, or continue with Google or Apple (Apple sign-in is available on iOS only). This creates your ActivRewards account.

Verify your phone number. Next, you'll be asked to verify your mobile number with a one-time code sent by SMS. This step is required for every user, and it's how we connect your account to your organisation, if you have one.

We'll match you automatically. If your organisation (your gym, employer, or other Welly partner) already has you on file, we'll find your existing membership and ask you to confirm it's you, no need to enter any membership details yourself. If we can't find a match, you'll be set up as a new, independent user, and prompted to subscribe if your access isn't provided through an organisation.

Got a QR code? If you weren't matched to an organisation but someone's given you a QR code, for example from your workplace, gym, or a Welly partner, scan it in the app to unlock free access instead of subscribing.

Once you're verified, you'll move on to setting up your profile.
